4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiwel is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

jiwel's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiwel account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiwel's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jiwel from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
